どんちゃんのネタいただきました
教育コーチングと出会ってから色々な「イライラ」と向き合ってくることができました。
ホントにこんなにイライラしていたんだと驚くほどのイライラの数々。
気づいていなかったんだからたちが悪いはずです
そして、
うまくお付き合いできるようになったり、
どうでもよくなったり、
ホントに楽になってきました。
でも、未だにどうしようもできない一つが
『交通マナーの悪い人にであった時』 です
いくつかの段階があります

第一段階は、
なかなか道を譲ってくれない
くわえタバコで運転する女性（それはマナーじゃないし、差別だろ
ｍ（＿ ＿）ｍ）
最近では、電話をしながら運転 など
第二段階は、
一般道をぶっ飛ばしてく
車間距離を詰められる
歩道の手前でこっちが止まっているのに対向車が止まらない など
第三段階は、
子どもをだっこして運転している（いるんですよ）
後からあおられる、パッシングされる
信号開けでいきなり右折してくる車 など
第四段階は、
車内からのタバコのポイ捨て
嫌がらせ的な運転
それらの複合系
これらでイライラする自分はいやなのですが、やめられまへん
自分だって、
歩道に立っている人を見逃すことは良くありますし、
交通規則をきっちり守っているかと言えば
あおられれば、逆に制限速度ビシッと守ったり（それって超嫌がらせじゃん
）
イライラしている自分を感じられるようになっただけ成長ですが、
イライラは全くもって自分勝手な解釈です
